Being asleep is a state of rest that restores your energy. Being hypnotized allows us to enter a relaxed state where we are able to work on the issues affecting us by bypassing conscious and subconcious barriers we erect. Mary McKinley began working in the field of Sleep Medicine in 1985 as a Registered Polysomnographic Technologist, helping her clients to manage sleep disorders including sleep apnea, insomnia, parasomnias and other sleep related conditions to achieve restful nights.
She has lectured across the United States, Canada, Austrailia and Scotland about sleep issues and authored professional papers on sleep medicine.
She is a graduate of the accredited Minnesota Institute of Advanced Communication Skills and is certified as a Master Hypnotist and a Stress Management Coach.
